Our Story

It all started in 1972, when Aristodimos and Anasto Paraschou opened their first pastry shop, inspired by their love for authentic sweets and traditional recipes.

Although that journey ended in 1978, the dream never faded. The flavors, the memories, and the passion for creation remained alive.

In 2007, their son Christodoulos Paraschou, together with his wife Konstantina Mesochoritou, decided to continue the tradition and revive the sweet story of the family.

With the support of their own family, they create high-quality desserts every day, using the purest ingredients, respecting tradition while adding modern touches where needed.

The tradition lives on. The love for fine dessert remains.
